How We Ship:

• Regular: Chit Chats Select Parcel – Trackable with delivery ETA of 9 to 12 business days.
• Expedited: Canada Post and USPS expedited parcel services – Trackable with delivery ETA of 3 to 4 business days.
• Orders submitted by 5:00 pm (PST) will be delivered to the shipping center the next day.
• Due to covid-19 pandemic and related health concerns, we cannot accept returns at this moment.

Alberta:

• Free regular shipping for orders over $65.
• Flat rate of $11 per regular shipment for orders below $65.
• Flat rate of $18 per expedited shipment.

British Columbia:

• Free regular shipping for orders over $65.
• Flat rate of $9.00 per regular shipment for orders below $65.
• Flat rate of $14 per expedited shipment.

Saskatchewan:

• Free regular shipping for orders over $65.
• Flat rate of $13 per regular shipment for orders below $65.
• Flat rate of $18 per expedited shipment.

Other Canadian provinces & Territories:

• Free regular shipping for orders over $65.
• Flat rate of $13 per regular shipment for orders below $65.
• Flat rate of $23 per expedited shipment.

United States (MAINLAND & ALASKA):

• Free regular shipping for orders over $100 USD (~ $135).
• Flat rate of $27 per regular shipment for orders below $100 USD.
• Flat rate of $32 per expedited shipment.
