Trinitario beans used in this bar come from the Dak Lak province of Vietnam, where despite the cocoa industry having a rich history, it is only in the last decade that its cocoa has begun to emerge as one of the hottest trends in the craft chocolate world.
Ingredients: Cocoa bean, Cocoa butter, Organic Cane sugar.
Not processed with alkaline agent.
